Elisabeth Ronley (maiden name Donley) is an artist and educator based out of Oakland, California. She was raised with a paintbrush in her hand within a family of artists, and was heavily involved in a professionally equipped art studio for teens called Youth Arts Collective through high-school and early college. She started sharing her love of art and nature with students in 2006 while studying anthropology with a physical science focus at UC Berkeley. Teaching with materials from jewelry, to paint, fimo, and plaster, Elisabeth worked with students ages 5-13 at the Jewish Community Center of the East Bay where she later became the JCC Afterschool-Oakland Director, Assistant Director of Camp Tzofim, and ran a Jewelry Specialty Summer Camp in 2012. Since 2014 she has been an art teacher at Hillcrest K-8 School in Oakland. In 2016 she earned her teaching credential from Mills College, then her masters in education from Mills in 2019.
